Sales Transaction (November 2020) –  Elite Lighting has acquired Edison Price Lighting in a sale under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Beechwood represented the seller, Edison Price Lighting, in this transaction.

SaaS Business:

Capital Raise (December 2020) –  Company is a “big-data” analytics firm providing services to the pharmacy benefits management sector to effect the efficient management of pharmaceutical and health care costs through a SaaS platform. Beechwood, through its broker-dealer affiliate, represented the Company in raising equity capital from a syndicate of venture capital funds.

Linen Supply Business:

Sales transaction (December 2020) –  Company was sold out of bankruptcy to a strategic buyer.
